I have a 2000 40 horsepower 4-stroke Yamaha. After a number of horrible experiences in South Bay area trying to get parts for my Yamaha I finally found Kezar Performance the parts guy Alex was extremely helpful answered a bunch of my dumb questions without any air of superiority didn’t treat me like I was stupid for asking questions every other boat place I’ve dealt with in the area if you don’t have twin 300 v-max’s on the back of your boat they don’t even want to talk to you. Very professional great communication skills every other shop in the area could take a lesson from Kezar Performance.

This is one of the best Yamaha shops in the state hands down. The service and parts department always takes care of me. I can depend on Anthony in service to go above and beyond to sort out any issues my motor is having. Their mechanics really know what they’re doing! The parts manager Alex always gets my parts on time and when I need it. Also a shout out to the owner WI veterans giving me great deals on outboards! I am in NC and wanted the 2022 Kawasaki Vulcan LT.  I contacted the dealership and Anthony walked me through the purchase process as well as transport for the bike.  This was such a pleasant experience that I had to do this review.  Every part of the process was AMAZING.  Every time I spoke with Alex he was patient and helpful!!!! I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the start the sales team including my salesperson Anthony helped me acquire my first and a very rare ATV. A specific ATV I had my eye on for years.  He made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I think I made some minor modifications with the service department where Anthony took great care of me and made sure everything got taken care of accordingly. Took 1 day and the very next day Anthony himself helped me load it and secure it in my truck. I will most definitely be back for all my moto needs.

I recently took the delivery of the Polaris Ranger EV. Very Happy with the unit itself. I can not say enough good things about the people working at Kezar Performance. Anthony was my point of sale – very knowledgeable and very professional. He was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I also made contact with Max in Vaughn’s absence. At the service dept. I had a few accessories installed, these guys are top notch Anthony and the techs run a well oiled machine.

I was dealing with a small electrical matter and it was resolved to my satisfaction and beyond. These guys will absolutely go out of their way to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I bought a 2020 Yamaha Tracer 900 GT from Kezar Performance and Anthony was the salesman. I was having difficulty deciding between two bikes and he very fairly and kindly gave me his view on the pluses and minuses of each machine. Without being pushy at all, Anthony was informative, patient and obviously understood very well his motorcycles. I feel like I got a fair deal on the bike and the buying experience here turned out to be quite pleasant. He gave me a detailed orientation to the electronics of the machine and stayed after a half hour past closing time to make sure I understood its complexities!  I might just buy another bike from here sometime soon.

Edit: after going to Kezar Performance now for almost 5 years now, they never fail to surprise me. Their service/parts department is super knowledgeable with really fair repair prices. The apparel department for gear etc. are really informative and helpful too! I can’t imagine going to anyone else. Highly recommended.

Fantastic purchase experience!  It’s no surprise that they’ve been in business for more than 15 years.  Kezar Performance knows how to take care of their customers.  Relaxed, friendly atmosphere and very knowledgeable staff.  Anthony and Alex helped me get the golf cart I wanted at the right price and offered a great value for my trade.  This was probably one of the quickest and easiest vehicle purchases I have ever made.  I can’t wait for my next purchase!  Speaking of that… you guys have a great location with a beautiful showroom but we didn’t have a chance to check out the accessories department.  The next time we are there, my wife and I are looking forward to checking out all the gear.  That area is huge and has everything.  You guys are a one stop shop!
